888u Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by 888u — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, Poker, slots, crash games, and other betting types — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Using the 888u platform constitutes automatic acceptance of this document in its most current version. If you disagree with any clause, you must stop using the platform immediately and contact our support team to discuss voluntarily closing your account.

2Registration & Eligibility

To create an account at 888u and use the services offered, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age of age at the time of registration.
• Be a resident of Brazil or have legal access to the platform in the territory where you are located.
• Not be on any active self-exclusion list or subject to any gaming restriction imposed by a competent authority.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in the registration form: full name, CPF, date of birth, address, email, and phone number.
• Not hold any other active account at 888u. Each user is entitled to one personal, non-transferable account only.

Registration is free and can be completed directly on the 888u website or app from any device. The user is entirely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. Incorrect or outdated data may result in account suspension and withheld withdrawals until the situation is fully resolved.

3Account Verification (KYC)

888u is required by industry best practices to verify the identity of its users before processing withdrawals above certain amounts or when there is suspicion of account misuse. This process is known as KYC (Know Your Customer).

Documents that may be requested include:

• Government-issued photo ID: RG, CNH, or valid passport.
• Proof of address issued within the last 90 days (water, electricity, gas bill, or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used, where applicable.
• Selfie holding your ID document, when requested by the compliance team.

The verification process is completed within 48 business hours of document submission. During this period, withdrawals may be paused until the review is finalized. 888u ensures that all documents are handled confidentially and in compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

4Deposits

888u accepts the following deposit methods exclusively in BRL:

• Pix — confirmation in under 1 minute, available 24/7, including holidays.
• Boleto bancário — settlement within 1 business day after payment.
• Credit or debit card Visa and Mastercard — immediate processing or within up to 30 minutes.
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — confirmation within 15 minutes.
• TED Transfer via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other banks — same business day confirmation.

The minimum deposit accepted at 888u is R$ 10.00. No deposit fee is charged by the platform; any banking fees are the sole responsibility of the user and their financial institution.

888u reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds for deposits above R$ 5,000.00 in a single day, as part of anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals at 888u are processed exclusively via Pix, to the key registered under the account holder's name. The minimum withdrawal is R$ 20.00 and there are no platform fees for withdrawals.

The standard processing time for withdrawals is up to 5 minutes after approval. Withdrawals may take up to 24 hours in cases requiring additional security verification or pending KYC documentation.

• Users may submit only one withdrawal request at a time. New requests will be queued while the previous one is still being processed.
• Withdrawals above R$ 10,000.00 may be split into installments processed on different days, for security and regulatory compliance reasons.
• Bonus balances may only be withdrawn after the rollover requirements specified in the respective promotion have been fully met.
• The Pix key for withdrawals must be registered under the CPF of the 888u account holder.

In the event of a withdrawal attempt to a third-party account or the use of mismatched data, 888u will suspend the request and notify the user to resolve the issue. Failure to meet KYC requirements within 30 calendar days may result in voluntary account closure with a refund of the eligible balance.

6Bonuses & Promotions

888u regularly offers bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, Poker freerolls, cashback, and themed promotions. Each offer has its own specific conditions, which take precedence over the general rules in this section in the event of any conflict.

General rules applicable to all 888u bonuses:

• Each user is entitled to the welcome bonus only once, on their first registered account.
• The welcome bonus requires a minimum 5x rollover the bonus amount received before withdrawing, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion.
• The standard deadline to complete the rollover is 30 calendar days from the bonus credit. Unused bonuses or those with incomplete rollover after this period will be automatically cancelled.
• Bets placed on events with odds below 1.50 do not count toward the Sports Betting bonus rollover requirement.
• Using multiple accounts, a VPN to simulate eligibility, or any other attempt to abuse promotions will result in immediate bonus cancellation and possible account closure.
• 888u reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time, with advance notice whenever possible.

7Sports Betting

Sports Betting at 888u covers more than 30 sports, with highlights including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Champions League), MMA and UFC, basketball (NBB and NBA), volleyball (Superliga), and e-sports.

• Bets are recorded and confirmed only once the system returns a confirmation message to the user. Bets in progress are not guaranteed until final confirmation.
• 888u reserves the right to suspend or void bets in cases of obvious errors in odds, cancelled or suspended events, or duly substantiated match-fixing situations.
• Live (in-play) betting may be temporarily suspended during critical moments of an event, such as penalty kicks, injuries, or VAR reviews in football.
• The cash out feature is available on selected markets. The value offered reflects current odds and may be lower, equal to, or higher than the original stake, depending on how the event unfolds.
• In the event of an abandoned, postponed, or cancelled event, bets will follow the specific rules for each sport as published in 888u's detailed Sports Betting rules.
• The minimum bet is R$ 1,00 per ticket. The maximum bet varies by market and event, as shown on the bet registration screen.

8Casino & Poker

The casino games available at 888u — including slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, crash games, and poker — are operated with an independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) to ensure fairness and randomness in every round.

• The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is available in the game's information section. 888u does not manipulate these values.
• The live casino features human dealers streaming in real time. The rules for each live game are displayed at the table before the session begins.
• In poker, 888u charges rake on cash game tables as per the schedule available in the lobby. Tournaments charge an entry fee, which is clearly displayed before confirmation.
• Technical failures that interrupt an ongoing round will be handled in accordance with each game's policy. As a general rule, bets from incomplete rounds are fully refunded.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any tool that replaces or non-humanly assists in gameplay decisions is strictly prohibited. Accounts identified with this behavior will be closed without prior notice.

9Conduct and Acceptable Use

By using 888u's services, you agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Creating more than one personal account on the platform.
• Using a VPN or any technological tool to mask your real location and simulate eligibility for geo-restricted promotions.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, system errors, or clearly incorrect odds in order to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing combined bets across different accounts (linked bets) to guarantee a profitable outcome regardless of the event result, a practice known as "dutching" across accounts.
• Using 888u's services for any money laundering activity or to finance illegal activities.
• Sharing your login credentials with third parties or allowing another person to use your account.

888u continuously monitors account activity and reserves the right to investigate any suspicious behavior. Users who cooperate with investigations and demonstrate legitimate use will have their accounts reinstated normally.

10Account Suspension and Closure

888u may suspend or close an account in the following situations:

• Proven violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false information or fraudulent documents during registration or the KYC process.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or financing of unlawful activities.
• Voluntary request by the user for account closure or self-exclusion.
• Account identified as belonging to a user under 18 years of age.
• Use of bots, automation tools, or any resource that constitutes a non-human technical advantage in games.

In the event of account closure due to a Terms violation, 888u may withhold bonus balances or winnings related to the breach. Funds originally deposited by the user will be returned following a compliance review, except in cases of proven involvement in unlawful activity.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time via support chat or email, with no penalty. The eligible available balance will be returned via Pix within up to 5 business days after the closure is confirmed.

11Limitation of Liability

888u makes every reasonable effort to keep the platform available and fully operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for:

• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance (with advance notice whenever possible) or unforeseeable technical failures.
• Losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the user's end.
• Bets or casino rounds that could not be confirmed due to a connectivity failure outside the platform.
• Odds changes on live bets during recognized system latency periods.

888u's maximum liability in any situation is limited to the amount of the available balance in the user's account at the time of the incident. 888u is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages of any kind.

12Responsible Gambling

888u believes that sports betting and casino games are a form of entertainment — and like any form of entertainment, they work best when enjoyed responsibly and within healthy financial limits.

The platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit limit: set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on your deposits. The limit takes effect immediately once set and can only be increased after a 7-day waiting period.
• Bet limit: cap the maximum stake per individual bet in Sports Betting or per round in the casino.
• Voluntary break: suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During the break, login is blocked and no bets can be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: block access to your account for 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration of the chosen period.
• Full betting history: view all your transactions and bets to keep track of your gaming activity.

13Privacy & LGPD

888u collects and processes personal data in strict compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Lei nº 13.709/2018). The data collected is used exclusively for:

• Creation and maintenance of the user's account.
• Processing of deposits, withdrawals, and bets.
• Identity verification (KYC) and fraud prevention.

14Changes to These Terms

888u may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Whenever relevant changes are made, users will be notified via their registered email or through an in-platform notice with at least 7 days in advance before the effective date.

Continued use of 888u's services after the effective date of the new terms will constitute automatic acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account without penalty before the effective date.

Previous versions of these Terms are archived and can be requested from support for historical reference purposes.

15Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from the use of 888u's services shall be submitted to the courts of the district of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.

Before taking any legal action, the user agrees to seek resolution through 888u's support channels, giving the platform the opportunity to address the issue directly. Most matters are resolved within 48 hours by our Portuguese-language support team.
